Eventing Classes: All courses are designed by Lena Warner and John Williams and conforms to the USEA standards. All Eventing Classes follows the current USEA and USEF rules.

Baby Beginner Novice $65:   Dressage USDF Test C, Stadium Jumping ( max. 2'4"), XC BBN max.2'4" Beginner Novice $80: Dressage: Beginner Novice Test B, Stadium Jumping max. 2'7"
Novice $95: Dressage Novice Test B, Stadium Jumping max. 2'11" Training $100: Dressage Training Test B, Stadium Jumping 3'3"
 Cross Country Only!  Please state level. USEA Rules apply! Fee: $35 (one schooling round per horse only) No Ribbon or prize!

Parent or other persons accompanying a JR rider can enter one regular class per day, fees and class spec. same as for JR riders. No points given!.

Volunteers: All parents, trainers, friends and relatives are more than welcome and needed to help!

Tentative Schedule: Friday: All day dressage and Eventing dressage. Saturday: 9:00 am Cross Country All Games Afternoon to end of day. Costume Class and Stall Decoration Awards 5:00 pm. Sunday: Eventing Stadium & Award Ceremony starting @ 8:30 AM, Hunter Classes in Hunter Ring, Jumper Classes Starting after all Eventing is done. This is a Tentative schedule and times may change!

Entries & Refunds: BBN: $65, Beginner Novice:$80, Novice:$95, Training:$100. Jumper Classes $20.  Grand Prix Jumper $25.  Dressage Classes $20. Draw checks to Otter Creek Farm and mail to show secretary. Refunds: Before C.D. Entry-Less $20/Stable-Inn full; After C.D. -Entry/Stabling-Unless we have a waiting list No Refund. Competition cancellation - No refund. A 2012 negative coggins copy must be included with the entry! Watch this website for ride times and other information. 

Awards: Individual Ribbons to all event entries through 6th place and many other prizes.

Overall Best Sports Award (awarded on Sunday)

Dressage, Eventing, Hunter and Jumper riders can compete in their discipline of choice. Get your family, barn buddies, or trainer groups together for the JR Challenge. 3-5 riders per group will accumulate points from all the different classes you enter. Each ribbon is worth points as follows: Eventing (for each section): 1st 40, 2nd 30, 3rd 20, 4th 10, 5th 5, 6th 1. Dressage: 1st 40, 2nd 30, 3rd 20, 4th 10, 5th 5, 6th 1. Show Jumping: 1st 40, 2nd 30, 3rd 20, 4th 10, 5th 5, 6th 1.

Placing will take place end of day on Sunday for the overall best group. 

Starting Times: Web: www.ottercreekfarm.com  Stabling: Permanent stabling on show grounds. $70 + $20 stall cleaning deposit (on separate check) Friday-Sunday. Overnight Stall $45. Day Stalls $30 if available. No stabling refunds after closing date, exception; if your stall can be filled by competitor on waiting list. Feed/ Hay/ Bedding available for purchase. Indicate a stabling group name that means everyone in your group enters the same name!!  

Cross Country: Training 2400m. Novice 2000m. Beginner Novice 1500m. Baby Beginner Novice 1200m. Woods and fields, hills, water, banks. Sandy soil with good footing. BN maximum height 2'7". BBN maximum height 2'4". 

Dressage & Flat classes: Small large arenas 20x40m & 20x60m sand arenas. Jumping arenas on all weather footing. Warm up grass and sand.

Accommodations: Americinn (715) 235-4800;  Holiday Manor Inn (715) 235-9651; Super 8 (715)235-8889 ; Parkside Motel (715)235-6124; Motel 6 (715)235-6901. All located in Menomonie, 17 miles from show. 

Directions: From St. Paul/Minneapolis : East on I 94 to Menomonie, WI, North on Hwy 25 for about 15 miles to 1170th Ave. Turn east (right). Go straight east for 2 miles, farm on right, parking on left (see signs). 

Other Information: Food available on grounds. Dogs must be on a leash. Volunteers needed! Parents are needed to make this a positive and well organized event. Call/email show organizer or secretary if interested in volunteering before, during, or after show. Camping is allowed. Limited camper hook up is available $30/night.
